Welcome to the music website for Jacks Valley and Piñon Hills Elementary Schools!  This website will be updated regularly to serve as a both a resource and a communication tool for students and their families. 

The first day of music at Piñon Hills Elementary School was Tuesday, January 24, 2012.   I will return to JVES in January 2013.

We will have Spring shows, the band will perform in a Spring shows as well as Bandtastic and Whirlwind tours with the high school.  Please see the calendar and hyperlinks for details.

There is a great site with music games and activities for students to practice music at home located in the music theory section on  the Music Links for Kids page in my site.  It is called musictechteacher.com and was designed by Ms. Karen Garrett in Atlanta, GA.
