TIGER CAGE SCHEDULE
Open Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
TIGER CAGE WILL BE CLOSED Monday April 20,
Monday April 27
Monday May 4th
(Mrs. Cross is taking her 3 personal days)
Open through Thursday, June 4th.
Closed for the summer Friday, June 5th- Sunday, August 2nd, but will be open the last 3 Wednesdays in July
(15th, 22nd and 29th).
Returning full time Monday, August 3rd 7-3
Students must complete an athletic packet each school year.
These can be picked up at the Tiger Cage and can be turned now for the 2015-16 athletic year.
Check individual sports websites for deadline dates for packets.

Now located within the DHS Commons across from the big gym doors.
Hours are still 7-3pm.

TRANSPORTATION RELEASE FORM is now online! Just click, type, print and sign.
Parents need to complete this form online, one form for each game date/location, kept by the parent, to be given to the coach only on the day of that game.
2015-16 PRE-SEASON/OFF-SEASON CONDITIONING FORM
STUDENTS WANTING TO PLAY A SPORT must have 2 or more credits and a 2.0 GPA or better from the previous semester to be eligible to play any sport.

Physicals are required every 2 years from the date of last physical if without injury.
Student and at least one parent must view
the Drug & Alcohol Presentation once during the high school career in order to participate in DHS Sports. This presentation is now online via the Douglas High Web Site.
Every new school year, the athlete will need to complete an athletic clearance packet.
Packets can be picked up at the Tiger Cage inside the main entrance of Douglas High.
