CONGRATS TO OUR
GIRLS TENNIS TEAM!
We wish them Good Luck today in Reno for the State Team Championships! Later today, Ingrid Carlson, Tara Cottrill & Madelyn Landerfelt will be competing in the Individual and Doubles State Championships - Great Job Girls!
Athletic packets for basketball must be completed and turned into the Tiger Cage by 3pm Monday, November 10, 2014. (Please note that the coach may require an earlier date.)
Any packets turned in after Nov 10th will not be able to try out. Late packets will be considered for Spring Sports only.
Students who turned in a 2014-15 Athletic Packet for Fall Sports need to stop by the Tiger Cage and pick up/complete a "BLUE SHEET" to transfer them for a Winter Sport. Basketball must have them in by 3pm on Monday, Nov 10th, deadline for Ski & Wrestling blue sheets is 3pm on Nov 17th.
SKI TEAM & WRESTLING PACKETS
Packets for Ski Team and Wrestling must be completed and turned into the Tiger Cage by 3pm Monday, November 17, 2014.
Any packets turned in after Nov 17th will not be able to participate in Ski or Wrestling. Late packets will be considered for Spring Sports only.

TRANSPORTATION RELEASE FORM is now online! Just click, type, print and sign.
Parents need to complete this form online, one form for each game date/location, kept by the parent, to be given to the coach only on the day of that game.
2014-15 PRE-SEASON/OFF-SEASON CONDITIONING FORM
STUDENTS WANTING TO PLAY A WINTER SPORT must have 2 or more credits and a 2.0 GPA or better to be eligible to play any winter sport.
This will include the $25 ASB fee for 2014-15 for 10-12 graders, $20 for 9th graders.

Physicals are required every 2 years from the date of last physical if without injury.
Student and at least one parent must view
the Drug & Alcohol Presentation once during the high school career in order to participate in DHS Sports. This presentation is now online via the Douglas High Web Site.
Every new school year, the athlete will need to complete an athletic clearance packet.
Packets can be picked up at the Tiger Cage inside the main entrance of Douglas High.
